While the global optical fiber market faced challenges last year, Wolon Communication maintained steady growth thanks to our partners’ trust and our team’s relentless dedication to quality.
Celebrating Our Core Strength The event brought together the core management, R&D, and sales teams from our Wuhan Headquarters. It was a moment to recognize our “Star Employees”—the individuals who went above and beyond to ensure on-time delivery and technical excellence for our global clients.
A Unified Manufacturing Ecosystem: 3 Bases, 1 Mission While the gala highlighted our Wuhan HQ team, the spirit of the event extended across our entire manufacturing ecosystem.
Wolon Communication has now solidified a “Three-Base Production Structure”:

Huangshi Factory: Our primary large-scale production hub for optical cables.

Wutonghu Factory: Dedicated to specialized optical components and rapid assembly.
Although our dedicated production staff at the Huangshi and Wutonghu facilities remained on the front lines to maintain production schedules during the peak season, the strategy announced at this meeting unifies all three bases towards a single goal: Faster Lead Times and Zero-Defect Quality for 2026.
