This factory‑assembled OM4 breakout cable efficiently divides a single high‑density multi‑fiber trunk into three smaller, multi‑fiber connections for flexible structured cabling. The cable is built with OM4 50/125 µm multimode fiber, featuring an APC‑polished MTP®‑24 connector at the trunk end that splits into three APC‑polished MTP®‑8 connectors at the breakout ends. The angled polishing reduces back reflection and helps preserve signal integrity in high‑speed multimode applications.
Each cable is pre‑terminated and performance tested at the factory to ensure consistent low loss and predictable optical characteristics, eliminating the need for onsite termination or polishing.
